Cancellation Policy

• A deposit is required to reserve your appointment • Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied toward the cost of your service • Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will forfeit the deposit, and it will not be applied to the remaining balance • Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your appointment • Reschedules must be made at least 6 hours before your appointment time If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through your booking link or reach out as soon as possible.
