Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your deposit will not be applied to your balance. Appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on timing. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are still non-refundable, but proper notice protects your ability to rebook smoothly. Rescheduling: Reschedules must be made at least 6 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling inside 6 hours may result in forfeiting your deposit.
